the Quranic knocking stars!
Published on October 22, 2010 By survivalstory In Astronomy

Scientists have discovered the existence of beating stars that echoe sounds like that of hammers. They also found that these stars give a kind of waves that create holes in everything they come across, even on the earth. Thus, they gave these stars two names; the first is that of a cosmic hammer for its hammer sound-like and the second name is that of the piercing star. Allah says in the Holy Qur’an:

"By the heaven and  the knocker. And what will make you to know what the knocker is? (It is) the star of piercing brightness;"

[At-Târiq verse 1-3]

N.B: The 'Tariq' is an Arabic word, which means knocker, or hammer.

Then, who told our Prophet Muhammad about the pulsars?Does it not show that God is the creator of the universe, and has handled this scientific evidence to Muhammad (pbuh) before, it was even discovered by modern science?

Here is a little poem I have written on behalf of this discover, and a very wonderful scientific discovery:

Listen to the Pulsars!

Listen to the sounds of pulsars!

Don’t they remind you of hammers?

Yet, they are not hammers, but cosmic stars.

Listen to the sounds of pulsars!

Don’t they remind you of a beating heart?

Yet, it is not a beating heart, but a cosmic star.

Does it not show that God, the creator of heart

Is the creator of these beating stars?

Don’t you marvel at the magic sings of God?

Indeed, I bear witness that there is no god, but God

And that Muhammad is the messenger of God

Forgive me for knit picking here but to be honest I don't find this sound to be like a hammer. Hammer's make sound due to the way the tool was designed to be used and because of the way the tool was designed to be used the sound that is created is a lot more stronger than the sounds these pulsars are making. If anything it does sound more like a heart or even footsteps but a hammer not so much. Still, very interesting discovery.

Hello, yet science call them "cosmic hammers" or sometimes 'pulsars' ..this is a scientific jargon not mine! look for more links about this discovery and see how does science portray it!!!!

"By the heaven and the knocker. And what will make you to know what the knocker is? (It is) the star of piercing brightness;"

and BEFORE Muhammad there were the Jewish Scriptures which is where Muhammed got some of "his stuff."

"Praise you him sun and moon,  praise him all you stars of light.  Praise him you heavens of heavens and you waters that be above the heavens.  Let them praise the name of the Lord for he commanded, and they were created."   Praise 148:3-5

maybe the sounds these Scientists are hearing are nothing more than the stars worshipping God?

Just because they are scientist doesn't mean they have the most imaginative minds. They usually put numbers rather than names to objects. Not very imaginative. Sometimes the first thing that comes to mind tends to be their first choice. As I said, it does not sound like a hammer but more like a heart beat or footsteps.

For all we know it could be alien version of the rock band Kiss playing a concert on Mars.
